Old Bridge-based R.J. Brunelli & Co. announced today it has been retained by several fast casual restaurant chains looking to move into new counties in New Jersey.
The real estate company said in a press release that it has been retained by BurgerFi, Corner Bakery Café and Tommy's Coal-Fired Pizza. All three restaurants are seeking end-cap or freestanding pad locations with outdoor seating in lifestyle centers, power centers and other high-traffic locations in areas offering high daytime populations for lunch and a strong residential population for dinner and weekends.
According to the announcement, only Tommy's is based in New Jersey, with locations in Red Bank, Brick and Paramus.
