Paramus-based real estate broker The Goldstein Group announced today it has been appointed the exclusive broker for the former Cosi Restaurant at 471 W. Mount Pleasant Ave., in Livingston. The 4,000-square-foot building is available for retail occupancy.

According to the announcement, the site features parking, outdoor patio seating, and highway exposure on Route 10. Neighboring tenants of this site include Sleepy's, Staples, Starbucks, Toys R Us, Wendy's, Best Buy, Daffy's, Michael's and Joseph A. Bank.
