Bel Fuse acquires Array Connector

Jersey City-based electronics and aerospace company Bel Fuse announced Wednesday it has acquired privately held Array Connector Corp., a Miami-based manufacturer of aerospace and mil-spec connector products.

Terms were not disclosed in the announcement. A Bel representative was not immediately available to elaborate.

According to the announcement, Array Connector had revenue of approximately $10 million for 2012. The acquisition is anticipated to be neutral to Bel's earnings this year and accretive to earnings beginning in 2014. Bel President and CEO Daniel Bernstein said in a prepared statement that the Array acquisition is Bel's fifth purchase in 15 months.
