Cassidy Turley negotiates trio of terminal sales totaling $12M

Commercial real estate company Cassidy Turley announced Monday three industrial truck terminal sales in Maryland and Pennsylvania totaling more than $12 million. Cassidy Turley team members in the Chatham and Baltimore offices represented the buyers and sellers in the transactions.

The properties included 6351 S. Hanover Road, in Elkridge, Md., sold by A. Duie Pyle Inc. to Gramercy Property Trust.  

In a second transaction, A. Duie Pyle Inc. purchased 7070 Brookdale Drive in Elkridge, Md., from Old Dominion Freight Line.  

At 541 Hollow Road, in Phoenixville, Pa., Realterm NAT sold a 66-door truck terminal on 20.3 acres to Pitt Ohio Express.
