Weichert Commercial Brokerage, in Morris Plains, announced Tuesday it arranged the sale of a 43,100-square-foot flex building in Livingston. Terms were not disclosed.
The property, at 8-10 Microlab Road, was a former corporate headquarters facility with 26,500 square feet of office space, and 16,600 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space.
According to the announcement, David Fisher, a senior vice president with WCB, represented the seller, JKR Livingston LLC. The buyer, LifeTown Inc., was represented by Susanne Newmark, of Newmark Associates Inc. LifeTown is slated to build a $13 million community center “village” on the site to serve young adults with special needs.
