Stack previously served as senior counsel for ExxonMobil Corp., where he worked in the legal department more than 35 years. For more than 20 years, Stack has focused on litigating environmental, product liability and toxic tort cases, including complex mass tort claims.
Stack began his career as a staff attorney in the Office of Counsel to the governor of New Jersey, where he handled matters involving the departments handling labor issues, environmental protection and utilities regulation. He earned his law degree at Seton Hall University School of Law, in Newark.
Bridgewater Township law firm Norris McLaughlin & Marcus P.A. has named associate Jessica L. Palmer to its litigation group. Palmer will focus primarily on commercial and employment litigation. Before joining Norris McLaughlin, Palmer was a commercial litigation associate with Connell Foley LLP.
Palmer, of Randolph, has experience in managing and executing all phases of civil litigation before federal and state courts in New Jersey and New York. She has represented clients in shareholder buyouts, breach of contract cases, restrictive covenant matters, and defending against racketeering and consumer fraud claims.
Palmer earned her law degree from the Washington College of Law, American University. She is a member of the New York and New Jersey state bar associations.
