Mack-Cali closes $16.5M commercial office deal in Conn.

Edison-based real estate investment trust Mack-Cali announced Monday it sold a 145,487-square-foot office building in Norwalk, Conn., to the Davis Cos. in a $16.5 million deal.

The transaction was headed up for by Mack-Cali by Matthew F. Keefe, of HK Group. According to Mack-Cali CEO Mitchell Hersh, proceeds from the sale will be channeled into "more strategic investment opportunities."
