Bahrs Landing, a seafood restaurant and marina in Highlands, suffered extensive damage after Sandy blew through Monmouth County. Father-and-son co-owners Jay and Ray Cosgrove cleaned up the mess and restored the restaurant, managing to reopen the seafood eatery in time for Memorial Day weekend.
