Kavanagh, of Jackson, has more than 16 years of banking experience. Most recently, she was vice president of business banking at Bank of America. Before that, she was assistant vice president and store manager at TD Bank.

Gabe Rosanio also has joined Provident Bank as vice president and area manager, overseeing three branches in Edison Township and Metuchen.

Rosanio is responsible for growing branch distribution business and leading branch managers to serve the needs of consumers and businesses in Middlesex County. Rosanio has 23 years' banking experience, most recently as TD Bank branch manager in Metuchen. He held similar positions at Commerce Bank, United Jersey Bank and Summit Bancorp.

Engineering

Cedar Knolls-based Omland Engineering Associates Inc. has named Michael McKenna senior manager. McKenna, a former principal at CMX and senior vice president at Birdsall Services Group, has more than 35 years of experience as site civil engineer, and has handled development and redevelopment projects in New Jersey. He has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Omland Engineering has also announced a partnership with Tony DiLodovico, president of Tony D Environmental Permitting LLC. DiLodovico will help develop the firm's expertise in complying with land-use and environmental regulations.

Health Care

Physician and pain management specialist Dr. Rajesh Rao has joined Summit Medical Group, in Morristown. Rao is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, with specialty certification in pain medicine. He has expertise in interventional pain management for spinal disorders, sports medicine and orthopedic problems.

Before joining Summit Medical Group, Rao was vice chairman of the Morristown Medical Center Rehabilitation Department. Rao earned his master's degree in orthopedic surgery at Bombay University and Lokmanya Tilak Municipal General Hospital, in India.

Atlantic Medical Imaging, of Galloway, has appointed George Tudder chief information officer. Tudder comes to AMI from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, where he was director of Enterprise Imaging. Before that, Tudder served as manager of clinical information systems at Johns Hopkins Medical Center.

Tudder also held leadership positions at GE Medical Systems and Amicas, a medical imaging software and health care information technology provider. He earned a master's degree in business administration from Johns Hopkins University.

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services has named Lisa Gallicchio marketing executive responsible for community relations and brand development. The Eatontown company provides home care for New Jersey and Pennsylvania residents.

Before joining Preferred, Gallicchio was senior account executive for Greater Media New Jersey for more than 10 years, representing two radio stations in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Gallicchio, of Howell, graduated Rutgers University with a liberal arts degree with a concentration in labor management.

Law

Sanmathi Dev and Nicholas Dibble have joined law firm Capehart Scatchard at its Mount Laurel office. Both are admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Dev will join the firm's labor and employment and school law departments. Dibble has joined the firm's workers' compensation department.

Dev, of Medford, focuses on representing the public and private sectors in labor and employment, school law, and civil rights. She received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, in Camden, and a bachelor's degree in economics and international relations from Boston University.

Dibble, of Philadelphia, represents insurance carriers and employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims. Dibble received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, in Camden, and a bachelor's degree in political science from Haverford College.

Technology

Parsippany software design and development company Macrosoft named Jamil Ahmad director of information technology solutions.

Ahmad has more than 10 years' technical experience, including more than three years as a Macrosoft project manager. He started as a programmer/analyst at Macrosoft in 2006, and has overseen development and growth of the SavaNet application.
