Prudential advises Terrafina on $600M portfolio buy

Prudential Real Estate Investors, the Madison-based real estate management arm of Prudential Financial Inc., announced Thursday it advised Mexico City-based Terrafina on a $600 million portfolio purchase in Mexico.

PREI said in an announcement that Terrafina, a real estate investment trust, is acquiring the industrial portfolio from Kimco Realty Corp. and its joint venture partner, American Industries. The portfolio consists of 87 properties totaling about 11 million square feet that are occupied by a diverse range of multinational tenants.
