Perkins Eastman Architects will plan Roche site redevelopment

By ,

The joint repurposing committee for the Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. site in Nutley has recommended Perkins Eastman, a New York planning, design, and consulting firm, to develop options for the repurposing of the site.

According to an announcement, Perkins Eastman will be responsible for developing a vision and several viable options for redevelopment. The work will consist of two phases — a creative phase, including options for redevelopment, and refining the preferred master plan. The initial phase will take approximately nine weeks to complete, with the entire process lasting about five months.
