Gramercy Capital acquires E. Brunswick property in $11.6M cash deal

Gramercy Capital Corp., a real estate investment and asset management company in New York, announced today it closed on an industrial property in East Brunswick in an $11.65 million, all-cash deal.

According to the announcement, the property is a 101 dock-door truck terminal on a 16.25-acre site, located two miles from I-95. The terminal is fully leased to a single tenant through 2019.
