HFF arranges $38.9M acquisition financing for Hanover Marriott

Real estate services firm HFF announced today it has arranged a $38.9 million acquisition financing for the Hanover Marriott, an eight-story, 353-room full-service hotel in the Whippany section of Hanover.

HFF worked on behalf of Clarion Partners to secure a six-year, fixed-rate loan through a national life insurance company, according to a news release announcing the deal. HFF has a Florham Park office.

The HFF team representing the borrower was led by managing directors Steven Klein and John Bourret.
