Morristown engineering firm acquires Spain-based APIA XXI

Berger Group Holdings Inc., a global engineering firm with annual revenues of $1 billion and operations in more than 60 countries, announced Thursday it has acquired APIA XXI, based in Santander, Spain.

According to an announcement from Morristown-based Berger, APIA XXI, with some 400 employees, is a multidisciplinary consulting engineering and management firm that designs global solutions for the engineering and architecture fields. It has developed projects in more than 25 countries.

Terms were not disclosed.
