Ray comes to Agilex, in Piscataway, following 23 years at Dragoco, where he held positions of increasing responsibility. According to an announcement from the company, Ray ultimately was promoted to president and CEO of Dragoco North America, where he had corporate responsibility for fragrance and flavors in North and Central America.

According to Agilex, Ray replaces Stu Zlotnik, who will transition to a senior advisory role for the board.
