Bergman Real Estate Group, a privately owned real estate investment firm with properties throughout New Jersey, announced Thursday 23,574 square feet of leasing activity at Holmdel Executive Center, a 75,000-square-foot office complex in Holmdel.
Bergman’s team of John Osborne and Kelly Ziegenfuss completed the transactions, according to a news release announcing the deals.
Two of the deals were renewals. Index Engines Inc., which provides information management and governance solutions, signed an 18,200-square-foot long-term renewal, and Critelli Realtors, a residential real estate firm, renewed its lease for approximately 2,200 square feet.
The Jewish Federation of Greater Monmouth County, also known as The Jewish Federation of the Shore Area, signed a new lease for 3,174 square feet.
The property is situated on a 17-acre site near Routes 34 and 520 and the Garden State Parkway, according to the announcement. The complex is now 88 percent leased.
