Among the deals included three Qdoba Mexican Grill locations, in which it represented the tenant, at Freehold Raceway Mall, Newport Centre and Rutgers University. Other tenants Pierson represented included Tommy’s Coal Fired Pizza, for 4,700 square feet at Paramus Park mall; Leisure Fitness, for a 3,000-square-foot space in Paramus; and Ocean Café, for 1,200 square feet at The Galleria Shopping Center, in Manalapan.

Financial terms of the leases were not disclosed.
