Supply-chain management firm expands for second time at Lyndhurst site

Argo Turboserve Corp. has expanded its presence at Cityview Corporate Center in Lyndhurst by 15,000 square feet, to a total of 35,000 square feet, according to a Monday announcement by commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield Inc.

Argo, which provides supply-chain management and engineering services to the nuclear, aerospace and industrial markets, was represented by United Realty Advisors LLC in the transaction, according to a news release. The building's owner, a Boston-based pension fund adviser, was represented by Curtis Foster, executive vice president of Cushman & Wakefield in East Rutherford. It's the second expansion at the site for Argo.
