Vornado CEO stepping down, will be replaced by Roth

Vornado Realty Trust today announced its CEO, Michael Fascitelli, has resigned, and will be replaced by Chairman Steven Roth, effective April 15.

According to a statement from Vornado, which has a significant presence in Paramus, Fascitelli, will “take a break, after which he will pursue new challenges.” He has been with the REIT for more than 15 years.
