Commercial real estate services firm HFF, in Florham Park, announced Monday it has closed the sale of 2 Emerson Lane, a two-story, 283,215-square-foot industrial facility in Secaucus for $18.4 million.
According to a news release, HFF marketed the site behalf of the seller, Hartz Mountain Real Estate. CoreSite Realty Corp. is the buyer.
The facility is located on a 10-acre site, and is close to the New Jersey Turnpike, I-495, Newark airport and Port Newark. It was purchased vacant and will be converted to a data center.
