Morristown building sells in $1.2M deal

Massey Knakal, a realty services firm based in New York, announced today it has sold a mixed-use building at 28 W. Park Place, in Morristown, in a $1.22 million deal.

According to a news release announcing the sale, the building, a three-story, mixed-use property of some 5,000 square feet, is partially leased, with a restaurant on the ground floor; the top two floors are vacant.
