NAI Hanson announces sale of historic South Orange property

Commercial real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson’s Hackensack office on Friday announced it represented the owner in the sale of 177 Valley St., in South Orange.

The 2,800-square-foot office property sold for $499,000, the company said in a news release. The building includes 10 parking space and has 1,000 square feet available, according to NAI Hanson Vice President Sig Schorr.

The buyer was Levroc LLC, which was formed by Dr. Stephen Levine and Dr. Mark Roczey, both of South Orange Chiropractic Center. The property dates to 1895, according to NAI Hanson’s announcement.
