Hospital opens fitness and wellness center in New Brunswick health plaza

Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital today opened its 60,000-square-foot Fitness and Wellness Center, in New Brunswick, which will offer local residents a workout facility and a comprehensive range of health and wellness educational programs.

The fitness and health center is part of Wellness Plaza, a $110 million, 600,000-square-foot redevelopment project by New Brunswick Development Corp. that is also home to the 50,000-square-foot Fresh Grocer supermarket, which opened in November.
