The latest excuse was the one-year anniversary of the NJBIZ Winners/Losers column, and the related Face Time feature, where the NJBIZ editors approximate Chris Christie's mood based on the news.

Managing Editor Joe St. Arney is the genuis behind Winners/Losers and Face Time, and the reason why they are so fun to read each week, so I snapped a photo of him with the brownies topped with a special happy birthday ornament. (My father taught me many things, including low-budget craft-making.)
