Purchase, N.Y.-based National Realty & Development Corp. announced Tuesday it has secured three new leases from Advance Auto Parts, Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen and a pizzeria totaling 10,100 square feet of retail space at a Pathmark-anchored shopping center in Jersey City.

All three stores are scheduled to open at the Old Colony Square Center in the spring of 2013, when NRDC will begin renovation on center’s façade, the announcement said.
