U.K. energy firm merges into Carlstadt emergency power producer

Emergency power systems producer Rudox Engine & Equipment Co., in Carlstadt, today announced it has merged with United Kingdom-based clean energy services firm ENER-G to design, develop, manufacture and install combined heat and power systems from its production facility.

ENER-G owners invested in a 75 percent holding in Rudox, and existing Rudox owners have retained a 25 percent stake in the new ENER-G Rudox Inc. entity.
