Claims administrator York Risk Services Group, in Parsippany, announced Thursday it has acquired Miami-based Axis International Loss Adjusters and Surveyors to expand its international footprint in Latin America and the Caribbean. Terms were not disclosed.

The Hasbrouck Heights office of commercial real estate brokerage firm Jones Lang LaSalle announced Thursday building materials supplier MarJam Supply Co. has acquired a 65,000-square-foot industrial complex in Kearny to relocate its New Jersey operations from Newark. Terms were not disclosed.

Retail real estate firm The Goldstein Group, in Paramus, announced Thursday it has sold a 6,240-square-foot Advance Auto Parts store in Scotch Plains to Covington Realty Partners, in Chicago, for $2.95 million.
