Health and wellness e-commerce platform Pazoo Inc., in the Cedar Knolls section of Hanover, announced Wednesday it has extended its $1.5 million offer to acquire Morristown-based physical therapy provider DMC Athletics & Rehabilitation Inc. to June 30, 2013, after Hurricane Sandy damaged equipment and resulted in significant financial loss.

The Florham Park office of HFF Inc. announced Wednesday it has arranged a 10-year, $72 million refinancing for a 196-unit multifamily property with 37,818 square feet of ground floor retail in Hoboken on behalf of Ironstate Development.
