Health office supplies contract, drug offer withdrawal, home care center opening.


Health care improvement network Premier Inc., in Charlotte, N.C., today announced it has awarded the Ramsey-based business solutions arm of Konica Minolta USA Inc. and West Caldwell-based document services provider Ricoh Americas Corp. a contract to supply printers, copiers and facsimile devices to its network of U.S. hospitals, health systems and acute care providers.


Allergy drug developer Matrixx Initiatives Inc., in the Skillman section of Montgomery, announced Tuesday it has withdrawn its $1.60 per share offer to acquire health medical science company ProPhase Labs Inc., in Doylestown, Pa.

San Antonio, Texas-based home care provider Caring Senior Service announced Tuesday it has opened its third New Jersey location in Hamilton Township to serve elderly patients in Mercer, Burlington, Somerset, Monmouth and Middlesex counties. 

Commercial real estate brokerage firm Jones Lang LaSalle’s office in the Metropark section of Iselin announced Tuesday it has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for a 225,590-square-foot distribution facility in South Brunswick by Seagis Property Group L.P.
