Broadcast systems expansion, topical foot treatment acquisition, chemicals manufacturing extension.


Broadcast services provider Diversified Systems, in Kenilworth, announced Friday it has acquired audio visual systems integrator Snader & Associates, in San Rafael, Calif., to expand its footprint throughout the western United States. Terms were not disclosed.


Generic topical drug developer IGI Laboratories Inc., in Buena, today announced it has agreed to purchase a topical athlete’s foot treatment from Ohio-based pharmaceutical firm Prasco LLC to expand its labeled product portfolio. Terms were not disclosed.

Chemicals and plastics manufacturer PMC Group North America Inc., in Mount Laurel, announced Friday it has acquired Michigan-based Dow Chemical Co.’s solid lubricants business, which includes a manufacturing facility in Cincinnati. Terms were not disclosed.
