Mixed-use property sale, wireless retail opening, office leasing appointment.


New York-based Massey Knakal Realty Services announced Wednesday it has sold a three-story, 5,450-square-foot mixed-use building in Morristown to an undisclosed buyer for $1.3 million.

Knoxville, Tenn.-based wireless retailer Cellular Sales announced Wednesday it has opened a new store in the Westfield Garden State Plaza mall, in Paramus.


The Morristown office of real estate brokerage firm Avison Young announced Wednesday it has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for a 43,120-square-foot class A office building in Summit by property development firm The Silverman Group, in the Short Hills section of Millburn.
