Generic drugs manufacturer Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC, in Bridgewater, announced Monday it has entered into a license and distribution agreement with South Korea-based Hanmi Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. in an effort to outpace its competitors in commercializing a generic version of AstraZeneca's gastroesophageal reflex disease treatment, which is pending approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

The Alan M. Voorhees Transportation Center at Rutgers University's Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, in New Brunswick, announced Monday it has merged with the nonprofit New Jersey Travel Independence Program, in Livingston, to more effectively provide travel instruction for the elderly and disabled on using existing public transit services.

The Mount Laurel office of commercial real estate services firm Colliers International announced Monday it has sold a 10,000-square-foot industrial building in Bellmawr for $540,000 to Taylor Oil, which is relocating from Williamstown.
