Real estate investment trust Vornado Realty Trust, in Paramus, announced Thursday it will receive $241 million from the $1.05 billion sale of Miami Beach-based LNR Property LLC, a real estate finance firm partially owned by Vornado, to Greenwich, Conn.-based Starwood Property Trust.
