Pharma acquisition, GPS contract, retail sale.


Generic drug developer Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc.., in Parsippany, today announced it has acquired Belgium-based Uteron Pharma S.A. for $150 million in cash and up to $155 million in potential future milestone payments to expand its pipeline of women’s health products.

Defense firm ITT Exelis Electronic Systems, in Clifton, today announced it has been awarded a $2.15 million military sales contract by the Air Force Research Laboratory at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base to research the development of a navigation satellite for the base’s current global positioning system.


The Elmwood Park office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services announced Tuesday it has sold an 11,979-square-foot retail property in Branchburg for $2.1 million.


The Mount Laurel office of commercial real estate services firm Colliers International announced Tuesday it has sold a 51,200-square-foot industrial building in Bellmawr on behalf of Korman Commercial Properties Inc. for $2.1 million.
