Shipping container acquisition, accounting merger, fresh restaurant opening.


Shipping company SeaCube Container Leasing Ltd., in Park Ridge, announced Friday it has agreed to be acquired by the Canada-based long-term equities group of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan for $467 million.

Livingston-based accounting firm Sobel & Co. LLC has merged with consulting firm Tinari Economics Group, in Livingston, to expand its services for law practices and government agencies.

Conshohocken, Pa.-based salad restaurant franchise Saladworks today opened its 35th New Jersey location in Ridgewood.


Solar power producer Nautilus Solar Energy, in Summit, announced Friday it has started commercial operation of its solar photovoltaic project on the rooftop of a Raymour & Flanigan distribution center in Gibbstown. The company will sell power generated from the project to Atlantic City Electric under a 15-year power purchase agreement.
