Leasing agent appointment, flu vaccine agreement, construction oversight contract.


The New Jersey office of property management firm Transwestern today announced it has been named the exclusive leasing agent for a 164,000-square-foot building in Parsippany with a mix of office, warehouse and high-tech space.


Biotechnology firm VaxInnate Corp., in Cranbury, today announced it has signed a license agreement with Emergent BioSolutions Inc., in Rockville, Md., to manufacture and sell its flu vaccine to help the United States better prepare for an influenza pandemic.


Construction risk management firm Hill International Inc., in the Marlton section of Evesham, announced Tuesday it has received a $1.5 million, three-year contract from the Saudi Egyptian Construction Co. to provide project management services for the construction of a hotel tower and a mixed-use building in Cairo, Egypt.
