The New York office of commercial real estate firm HFF announced Monday it has secured $95 million in financing for four office properties in West Windsor totaling 465,563 square feet on behalf of RXR Realty, in Short Hills.

Purchase, N.Y.-based real estate development firm National Realty & Development Corp. announced Monday Dick’s Sporting Goods has signed a lease for 50,175 square feet of retail space in a 542,000-square-foot shopping center in South Plainfield. The store plans to open this summer.
