Information technology provider Cognizant, in Teaneck, announced Friday it has formed a partnership with Synergy Systems Inc., in Glen Allen, Va., to jointly implement a software-as-a-service platform designed to help retailers drive sales and optimize employee productivity by increasing transparency between stores and their vendors.

Real estate law firm Feinstein, Raiss, Kelin & Booker LLC, in West Orange, announced Friday it has arranged an $8 million refinancing for an 89-room boutique hotel in West Orange.


Electronic systems technology developer Mikros Systems Corp., in Princeton, today announced it has been selected by defense electronics manufacturer Northrop Grumman Corp. to help design wireless networks for U.S. Navy submarines.

Real estate broker Gebroe-Hammer Associates, in Livingston, announced Friday it has sold two multifamily properties in Asbury Park for a total of $8.7 million.
