Billing services merger, retail portfolio acquisition, fitness lease.

Outsourced billing services provider Billtrust, in Hamilton Township, today announced it has merged with Best Practice Systems, in Englewood, Colo., to increase its electronic payment service offerings.

Real estate investment trust Four Springs Capital Trust, in the Lake Como section of Wall Township, today announced it has acquired four retail properties located in Kansas, Texas and North Carolina for an aggregate purchase price of $5.7 million.

Retail brokerage firm The Goldstein Group, in Paramus, announced Wednesday that Urge Fitness has signed a lease for a 13,000-square foot exercise facility development in Ewing.
