The water filtration subsidiary of infection prevention equipment provider Cantel Medical Corp., in Little Falls, today announced it has acquired Eagle Pure Water Systems Inc., in Souderton, Pa., to expand the water purification segment of its treatment services for services for laboratory, industrial and medical customers in the Philadelphia area. Terms were not disclosed.
Health care living facilities operator Juniper Communities LLC, in Bloomfield, announced Friday it has acquired two senior housing communities in Lancaster, Pa., from the Bricker Group for $18.5 million to expand in the assisted-living sector.
Late-stage biotechnology developer ADMA Biologics Inc., in Hackensack, today announced it has secured a $6 million loan from Hercules Technology Growth Capital Inc., in Palo Alto, Calif., to initiate a clinical trial on its lead drug candidate.
