Investment real estate sales firm The Kislak Co. Inc., in Woodbridge, announced Tuesday it has sold a 100-unit multifamily property in Dover for $11.5 million.
The Livingston office of real estate lending company Commercial Mortgage Capital announced Tuesday it has arranged a total of $42 million in financing for two multifamily projects in Rahway and Woodbridge, and a warehouse complex in South Brunswick.
