Pharma agreement, retail opening, multifamily sale.


Drug developer Pacira Pharmaceuticals Inc., in Parsippany, today announced it has signed a global licensing agreement with Kansas City-based biopharmaceutical company Aratana Therapeutics Inc. to develop and commercialize an injectable anesthetic to manage pain for dogs and cats after veterinary surgery.


Philadelphia-based clothing retailer Urban Outfitters today announced it has opened a new store in a 10,000-square-foot building in Princeton that previously was occupied by Talbots.


Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield Inc. announced Wednesday it has sold an 884-unit apartment complex in Voorhees to New York-based multifamily property operator Candlebrook Properties LLC and investment firm Angelo, Gordon & Co. L.P. The sale price was not disclosed.
