Physical therapy business launch, headquarters move, retail property sale.

Physical rehabilitation services provider JAG Physical Therapy announced Thursday it has launched a pediatric physical therapy business in West Orange to expand its specialized orthopedic, neurologic and developmental disorder treatments for children.

Video equipment distributor Manfrotto Distribution Inc. announced Thursday it will move its U.S. corporate headquarters from Ramsey to Upper Saddle River to accommodate future business growth as it diversifies its imaging product portfolio.

Commercial real estate brokerage firm The Goldstein Group, in Paramus, announced Thursday it has sold a 14,000-square-foot retail building housing a Lazy Boy Furniture store, in Dover, to FJH Whitehall LLC for $2.6 million.

Investment accounting services provider Princeton Financial Systems, in Princeton, announced Thursday its compliance platform has been selected by the Administradora de Fondos de Pensiones Habitat S.A. — the second largest pension fund in Chile's private pension system — to speed compliance with pension regulations and meet future obligations.
