Magnetic technology acquisition, headquarters sale, office lease.


Electronics manufacturer Bel Fuse Inc., in Jersey City, today announced it has agreed to acquire the magnetic technology business unit of Switzerland-based TE Connectivity Ltd. for $22.4 million cash to expand its product portfolio.

The Parsippany office of commercial real estate financial firm NorthMarq Capital announced Wednesday it has brokered the sale of the 32,000-square-foot North American headquarters of Reckitt Benckiser’s French’s Mustard subsidiary, in Chester Township, for $10 million, and arranged a five-year, $5.5 million loan for the buyer.


Commercial real estate services firm CBRE Group Inc. announced Wednesday business services provider Atrium Executive Center has signed a long-term lease for 25,330 square feet of space in a 400,000-square-foot class A office building in East Brunswick.
