I received some inquiries yesterday about our Power 50 Real Estate list, including business leaders asking who is No. 1, and even curious about who nabbed the last spot. So let's have a little contest.

I will take to lunch whoever correctly guesses whom Managing Editor Joe St. Arney and I selected as No. 1 on the list. If more than one person makes the right pick, their names will be thrown into a hat and one winner chosen. Winner will be taken to theNew Jerseyrestaurant of his/her choice sometime in the next 12 months.

There's a second way to win! Anyone who correctly guesses the No. 50 pick will be told in advance who is No. 1 on the list (or be treated to lunch at theNew Jerseyrestaurant of your choice).

Guesses must be received by 10 p.m. EST Friday Nov. 30, and should be emailed to me at sharonw@njbiz.com.

Contest automatically voided if the list gets accidentally published on our website before 10 p.m. EST Friday Nov. 30. (Yup, I need to add that disclaimer.) The list will be published at NJBIZ.com early morning on Monday Dec. 3.
