    Energy production acquisition, multifamily sale, urgent care opening.

    Engineering firm Curtiss-Wright Corp., in Parsippany, today announced it has acquired Norman, Okla.-based energy production equipment manufacturer Cimarron Energy Inc. and its parent company, Cimarron Energy Holding Company LLC, for approximately $135.1 million in cash to diversify its product portfolio in shale oil and natural gas production.

    The Saddle Brook private capital group of commercial real estate brokerage firm CBRE Group Inc. today announced it has sold a 20-unit multifamily property in Paterson to an undisclosed out-of-state investor. Terms were not disclosed.

    Urgent medical care provider Doctors Express announced Friday it will open a medical office in Bound Brook to expand its services in Central Jersey.

    Radiology technology provider USARad.com LLC, in Mount Laurel, announced Friday its international subsidiary,WorldRad.com LLC, formed a partnership with Barcelona, Spain-based telemedicine company Direct Diagnostic Alliance to expand subspecialty radiology services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
