Specialty therapeutic marketer Validus Pharmaceuticals LLC, in Parsippany, today announced it has been selected by Wood Creek Capital Management LLC to exclusively manage and market six pharmaceutical products acquired from Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp.

Video technology software provider Vidyo Inc., in Hackensack, today announced consumer electronics company Nintendo Co. has selected its platform to power a communication service in Wii U consoles that allows game developers to embed video chat into their games.


Real estate equity fund Multi-Employer Property Trust, in Washington, D.C., announced Friday it has purchased a 599,500-square-foot industrial building fully leased to consumer products distributor Kimberly-Clark Corp. in Logan Township for $36.1 million in cash.

The Mount Laurel office of commercial real estate services firm Colliers International today announced Stack Transportation Services has signed a lease for a 30,000-square-foot industrial property in Pennsauken to relocate its headquarters from Burlington Township.
