Data center opening, industrial lease, amplifier acquisition.

Information technology infrastructure provider Internap Network Services Corp., in Atlanta, Ga., announced Thursday it will open a 100,000-square-foot data center in Secaucus to add more data infrastructure capacity in the New York area.

The Parsippany office of commercial real estate brokerage firm Jones Lang LaSalle announced Thursday pet supply manufacturer The Hartz Mountain Corp. has agreed to lease a 250,000-square-foot industrial property in Carlstadt to consolidate its research and development facilities from Bloomfield.

Electromagnetic testing systems provider Teseq Holding AG, which has U.S. headquarters in Edison, announced Thursday it has acquired New York-based amplifiers manufacturer Instruments for Industry to expand its electronic amplifier product line. Terms were not disclosed.
