Restaurant renovation, physician practice expansion, business network name change.

North

Construction and consulting services provider River Drive Construction, in Elmwood Park, announced Monday it has completed a $1.3 million, 4,000-square-foot renovation and expansion for Italian restaurant Salumeria Rosi Parmacotto II Ristorante, in New York.

Central

LifeCare Physicians, the primary care division of Trenton-based St. Francis Medical Center, announced Monday it has opened a new office in the Robbinsville section of Washington Township to grow its network of physician practices in Mercer County.

The Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce announced Monday it has changed its name to the MidJersey Chamber of Commerce, as part of an effort to broaden its business membership network throughout central New Jersey.

South

Commercial real estate brokerage firm The Goldstein Group, in Paramus, announced Monday Diversified Equities Corp. has purchased a 10,205-square-foot retail property in Toms River for $3.2 million.
