Industrial property acquisition, warehouse opening, medical science acquisition.


Real estate investment firm The Hampshire Cos., in Morristown, announced Monday it has acquired 98,904 square feet of space in an industrial condominium building in Parsippany.


Chicago-based plastic supplier Berlin Packaging today announced it has both opened a new, 70,000-square-foot warehouse in Cranbury to speed delivery for local customers, and is doubling its office space in Fort Lee.

Allergy drug developer Matrixx Initiatives Inc., in the Skillman section of Montgomery, today announced it has increased its offer to acquire health medical science company ProPhase Labs Inc., in Doylestown, Pa., to $1.60 per share following the firm's rejection of its $1.40 per share offer in September.


Medication management company CareKinesis, in Moorestown, today announced it has formed a partnership with Carolina SeniorCare, in Lexington, N.C., to provide home health care to elderly patients.
